Visiting Brinley

Craig and I had the chance to visit Brinley in the hospital after her brain surgery! She had to have surgery to relieve the symptoms of Chiari 1 Malformation. It was causing a lot of problems that at first were assumed to be after-effects of chemotherapy. But no! It was a completely different thing. The hospital staff was very impressed with Brin and how bravely she handled the nasty medication and the pain. Of course, she has been through so much, that girl is as tough as nails! We were so proud of her.

And here are some more cute pictures of the adorable little face I see every day. Brooklyn is such a happy kid! She is always smiling, and makes me smile too.
