I thought Brooklyn looked especially cute this day.
We had a fantastic time in St. George! We stayed with Grandma and Grandpa Suggs, and Brooklyn did pretty good with her first sleepover on a real bed and not in a playpen. They had a cool water-playing area that Brooklyn stayed in for a long time, and then we went on the carousel.
We visited a little shop that had been there for many, many years. That was cool to see.
We saw Starlight Express at Tuacahn Theater! It was so great. Unfortunately, it had been raining the past week or so, and they had to cancel the show 3/4 of the way through due to the humidity warping the stage. :( At least they told us how it ended!
We were able to visit Grandma and Grandpa Strong, although I didn't get any pictures. Grandpa Strong hadn't been doing well, and this was the last time we saw him before he passed away a week later. It was a very emotional and difficult visit, but we were so grateful to be able to say our goodbyes.
Later on, we headed down to Las Vegas to visit my family. Grandma Hanks made this cute apron for Brooklyn - just her size!
We spent most of the time swimming. The weather was perfect for swimming, and the pool felt soooo nice! I got some cute videos of Brooklyn swimming, but I still can't figure out how to post videos from an iPhone.
And of course, best friends Toby and Bucket were reunited. :)
