Brooklyn's here!

Today Brooklyn turned two weeks! It was then I realized it was time to update. :) She was born on December 15 at 7:27 pm. She was 6 lbs 13 oz and perfect! I was in labor for about 20 hours, and after that looooong period of time she was born! Everything went relatively well with no setbacks or problems, but she had the cord wrapped around her neck twice when she came out. She was quite blue and had to be on oxygen overnight and into the next afternoon. I got a fever of 101.7 during labor, so she had to stay in the nursery so they could monitor her and do some blood tests. We were lucky to have her with us on the last day, and be able to take her home Friday night! Yeah!

At the hospital, waiting for baby to come!

I got my share of flavored ice chips! Mmm!

Finally here!

Good little girl, barely even cried.

Home at last...

Christmas was great! We opened all our presents on Christmas Eve, to save our Christmas morning from hectic "open all your presents" combined with severe lack of sleep. It was so fun! Christmas afternoon we headed to Craig's parents house to open more presents and take a family picture. Later that night we had dinner with the Torreses and my parents who were in town. It was more of a mellow Christmas for us, but perfect!

Christmas stockings!

New jammies

We ALL got new jammies!

Last night we went out to dinner with my parents to celebrate Craig's graduation! He made it through this crazy baby time with excellent grades to finish up his Bachelor's Degree! Congratulations Craiggy!

Where's the baby??

Yes, that is the question. Where is the baby? Little Brooklyn was due this last Sunday, the 5th. However, she is still snuggly comfy in my belly. :) I'm getting induced next Tuesday night, the 14th. We'll see how that goes. So far my pregnancy has been splendid! I didn't get too sick in the beginning (what I mean by that is that I didn't throw up. I still felt terrible!) and I didn't get too too huge. It's been fun, besides all the discomfort of being big and running into things with my stomach. Can't wait for her to get here!!

Also, it's almost Christmas time! We got prepared early this year, and all our presents are already wrapped and under the tree. Ahh. What a nice feeling. I loveChristmas! Mr. Bucket lives with us now, and is enjoying his new home. We love having him here with us! My life is almost complete. Craiggy graduates this semester (next week!) with his Bachelor's, and we are so excited! He is still working at CR England, and they treat us really well with all the upcoming baby business. We have migrated across the hall to a bigger condo, with two rooms and a yard. I love it here!

Bucket's first snow adventure!!
