Easter at Grandma's

Easter was early this year! I planned a trip to Texas for Brooklyn and me, and didn't realize it was over Easter weekend! I didn't know Easter was in March. Should have checked my calendar! Anyway, we celebrated it a week early at Grandma and Grandpa Davis's house. Last year, Brooklyn didn't quite catch on to the concept of an egg hunt, so we were excited to see her this year. She had a lot more fun, and actually looked for the eggs. Haha!

Surprise!

Baby Davis #2 is on the way! After my miscarriage in November, we have had a hard time wanting to get pregnant again. But I'm learning that the heartache and sorrow only makes the joy greater. Oh boy!

Dentist Visit

Brooklyn's first dentist visit! She did amazing. We practiced beforehand saying "ahhhh", and talked about how he was going to tickle her teeth. It was so cute to see. I wish I could have gotten a video. She did great opening her mouth (see below), and didn't make a peep. And then she got a prize. Great job, Brooklyn! I won't tell you how much Mommy hates the dentist...

Then we came home and she put stickers all over the couch. Hmm.
